Candelabrador
A floating beacon of holy fire that purges the darkness with every pulse.
The Candelabrador is a spectral, floating candelabra that serves as one of the most iconic and beloved weapons in Vampire Survivors. Unlike standard melee or ranged arms, it acts as an autonomous guardian that hovers near the survivor, emitting bursts of holy light to incinerate surrounding undead. It represents the enduring power of faith and purification against the endless horde.

Lore & Background
Its light is not merely illumination; it is a physical force that sears the flesh of vampires and ghouls alike. Legends whisper that the Candelabrador was once part of a grand cathedral's altar, shattered during a great siege but reforged by celestial intervention to serve as a mobile bastion. It does not discriminate between friend or foe in its orbit, yet it instinctively prioritizes threats closest to the survivor, creating a protective barrier of searing heat that turns the tide of battle.
In Their Own Story
The fog rolled thick over the Gallo Tower ruins, swallowing the moonlight whole. Elias clutched his crumbling map, heart hammering against his ribs as the shadows began to detach themselves from the stone walls. Then, a soft hum cut through the silence. A spectral candelabra materialized above his shoulder, its flames burning an impossible, cold blue. As the first ghoul lunged, the Candelabrador flared, sending a ring of holy fire outward that vaporized the creature instantly. Elias didn't need to swing a sword; he simply had to walk forward, and the light would do the rest.
Reader's Guide
The Candelabrador functions as an orbital weapon that circles the player character continuously. It periodically emits pulses of light in all directions, dealing damage and applying burn effects to enemies within its range. To upgrade it effectively, players should focus on increasing Area to maximize the radius of these light bursts and Duration to extend how long each pulse lasts. The weapon's true potential is unlocked through evolution. When the Candelabrador reaches its maximum level (Level 8) while the player also possesses a Diamond Ring or the specific evolution item, it transforms into the Unholy Candelabrador. This evolved form significantly increases damage output and alters the visual effect to a more sinister, yet powerful, aura. Synergies are key for this weapon. Combining it with gems that boost Area or Duration will create massive zones of denial where enemies cannot survive. Additionally, pairing it with other light-based or area-of-effect weapons creates overwhelming pressure on large hordes, making it an essential tool for late-game survival.
